Printing of a DIN A5 Luach for ring binders is possible in the
week calendar view.
In the two-month calendar view which is active by default after
starting the Luach, the week calendar view can be invoked by
clicking on the symbol
.
A window with the caption Week Calendar View appears.
With the arrow left and arrow right keys, the previous or next week can be selected.
By clicking on the symbol
the displaying direction of the Luach can be set from left to right
or to right to left.
After clicking on the symbol
a popup menu appears with which Daf Yomi, calendar notes
(which can be made by clicking on a day in a calendar view),
omer counting, Shabbat times, torah sections, Yizkor can be
shown or hidden and other options can be made.
After selecting Yizkor Options..., an own string for
Yizkor, also in Hebrew, as well as an own font for the Yizkor
string can be defined.
With the aid of the menu item Miscellaneous Options... the following settings can be made:
Non-Jewish holidays can be defined by clicking on the button Edit non-Jewish holiday file... and entering the holidays in the form:

The format is
DD.MM.YYYY: Name of holiday
By clicking on the button
a country and the desired year can be selected and all holidays of
this country and the year can be copied into the clipboard.
These an be directly pasted into the list of the non-Jewish holidays.
It has to be noted that some configuration options only take effect in the printed paper, therefore they are not visible on the screen - these contain a special note in the configuration dialog boxes.
The options in the menu item Custom Colors... take only effect in the screen display.
After clicking on the symbol
, you have
to click on the menu item Print on DIN A5 paper....
Now the DIN A5 paper has to be put into the printer and then click
on Print.
Please note the special instructions given in the message box after
printing the foreside papers when using double-sided printing.
Before many papers are printed out, only few papers should be printed the first time, e.g. three weeks, in order to make sure that correct settings were made and double-sided printing works properly.
